Customers may request a return or exchange

within 14 days  of receiving their order If the return is for reasons other than a manufacturing defect  (such as change of mind, wrong size, or preference), an additional shipping fee applies For hygiene and quality reasons returns are approved only after inspection by our quality control team Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact During sales and promotions, returns and exchanges are not accepted  unless the issue is from our side or there is a manufacturing defect

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

العميل يقدر يطلب استبدال أو استرجاع خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام ولو المنتج بيرجع بسبب غير عيب تصنيع زي تغيير رأي ، مقاس مش مناسب ، أو تفضيل مختلف هيتطبق مصاريف شحن إضافيه لظروف تتعلق بالنظافه والجوده الاسترجاع بيتم فقط بعد ما المنتج يرجع ويتفحص ويتوافق عليه من فريق الجوده عندنا يرجى ملاحظة إن لازم يكون المنتج في حالته الأصليه ومن غير استخدام ومع كل التغليفات بحالتهم الاصليه علشان يكون مؤهل للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع وقت العروض والخصومات مفيش استبدال أو استرجاع إلا لو المشكلة من عندنا أو في عيب تصنيع.
